Shipping Policy:
Your order will be shipped with DHL, within 3 working days and will arrive 2 working days after.
Standard shipping costs are € 4.95 per order
*We are not responsible for orders that get lost or damaged during shipment and will therefore not be refunded.
Return Policy:
Are you not satisfied with your order? You can return your order within 14 days afteer receivement to register and return your order to our office.
The following items can't be returned:
Send an email to info@ladoria.nl with your full name, ordernumber and the name of the item you would like to return. You will recieve an email with the return address and a return form from 𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐀.

Always return your order to us with a trackable shipping method.

Make sure our return address is CLEARLY visible on the package.
(We are not responsible for items that get lost and get shipped without a track & trace code.)

Fill in the full return form and add to your package you would like to return. No refund will be given without a return form.

If we receive your returned item(s) on time and they meet the return conditions from above, you will receive a refund from us. It takes about 3 working days for the refund to be seen on the account paid with.
*𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐀 has the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our return conditions.
*the return will only be taken back with the original packaging and undamaged items.
